Zach France and Reese Lee were the top finishers for the Ragin’ Cajuns cross country team on Friday night in Lake Charles at McNeese States 2x3000 meter two-person relay race at the Enos Derbonne Recreation Complex.
TULSA, Okla. - Junior Olivia Kizzee turned in a pair of second place performances as the Tulane track & field teams wrapped up the 14th annual Conference USA Outdoor Track and Field Championship in Tulsa. Kizzee was the runner up in both the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes.
Murfreesboro, Tenn. – The men’s and women’s track and field team competed in the SBC Outdoor Championships this past weekend in Murfreesboro, Tenn. The men and women competed hard over three days and had some strong finishes along the way.
Baton Rouge, La. – Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns competed at the LSU Alumni Gold meet this past weekend in Baton Rouge, La. The meet featured several past Olympians and some of the best runners in the nation. UL’s Chris Roy again won the pole vault. He won the meet with a height of 5.25m which came up just short of the school record.
LAFAYETTE- Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns track and field team hosted and competed in the Louisiana Classics Saturday. Louisiana was led by pole vaulter Chris Roy who won the pole vault and provisionally qualified for the NCAA National Meet. Roy attempted to break the school record but came up just short. Louisiana had 13 top three finishes in the meet.
Lake Charles, La. – Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns track and field team competed in the McNeese State Relays Saturday, despite all the rain in the area. Paula Parker headlined the Cajuns performance by taking home first place in the 800m run.
Natchitoches, La. – Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns track and field team opened up their outdoor season Saturday at the Northwestern State Relays. UL took home 15 top five finishes highlighted by Jasmine Anderson’s first place finish in the 100m hurdles and Antwain Keyes’ first place in the high jump.
Jonesboro, Ark. – Sophomore Chris Roy continued his great indoor season Sunday at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, winning the pole vault with a height of 5.20m and provisionally qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Meet.
Baton Rouge, La. – Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns track and field team competed in the Bayou Bengal Friday night at LSU. The Cajuns had 12 top ten finishes in the final meet before next week’s conference meet. UL’s Paula Parker highlighted the Cajuns performances with her second place finish in the one mile run.
Lake Charles, La. – Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns track and field team competed in the Cowboy Indoor Invite II this past weekend in Lake Charles. The Cajuns were lead by Antwain Keyes who took first place in the long jump and high jump.

LAFAYETTE-Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns men’s and women’s track and field teams hosted the Cole/Lancon Twilight Classic on Wednesday. Freshmen Chris Roy and Taryn Simmons qualified for the NCAA Regional.
MONROE, La.-Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the ULM Warhawk Classic on Saturday. Three Cajuns hurdlers captured first place finishes during the meet.
BATON, ROUGE, La.-Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the LSU Alumni Gold track meet on Saturday. Senior Casey Brown earned a career-best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
BATON ROUGE, La.-Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns men’s and women’s track and field teams competed in the LSU Tiger Relays over the weekend. Freshman Kenneth Bellard placed first in the men’s triple jump.
LAFAYETTE-Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns men’s and women’s track and field teams hosted the Louisiana Classics track meet Thursday-Saturday, March 20-22 at the Ragin’ Cajuns Track/Soccer Facility. Two athletes qualified for the NCAA Regional Meet.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.-Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns women’s cross country team competed at the Chile Pepper Festival Saturday. The team finished 32nd.
