 Louisiana Tech is exited to announce the official signing of Stacia Hanneman. Stacia is an amazing sprint prospect out of Nashville, TN. 2007 was a break out year for the 5'7" 120 lbs. Junior. At the TSSAA State finals Stacia was the Silver Medalist in the 200m Dash, and anchored Hunters Lane High School to a Gold Medal upset in the 4x100m Relay.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Senior Nadia Alexander followed Al Fullwood's lead from yesterday by breaking the school record in the shot put with a throw of 53 feet, 7.50 inches for a collegiate fourth-place finish and the top mark in the conference. The throw is made even more impressive by the fact she improved her NCAA Provisional Mark by over a foot and half and ranks her tenth in the nation.
