THE BLUE JAYS SOARED OVER THE COURSE THE AT LHSSA STATE CROSS COUNTRY MEET ON MONDAY

The Blue and White wave swept over the course at the end of the day at the3Mile. Jesuit, led by one of--if not THE--greatest runner is Louisiana high school distance running history--Brady Mullen (14:44), dominated the Division I championships placing four runners in the top ten. 

With Mullen graduating in May and heading to Harvard where he will continue his career, The torch will be passed to Brady Monahan (14:58), who had the second fastest time of the day at the state cross country meet. But Jesuit will be far from a one-trick pony. Coach Nick Accardo's team should include names like Nick Accardo Jr. (15:15), Nicholas Braud (15:27), and Connor Fanberg (15:44), Andrew Nimmo (15:49), and Race Hughes (15:49), who turned in the fastest time among all freshmen at Monday's state meet.
