McNeese Cowboy 5k Cross Country Stampede 2013

LAKE CHARLES, La. - Nicholls State University junior runner Tessni Carruthers set a new school record in the 5K by winning the women's individual title at the McNeese State Cowboy Stampede Saturday morning in Lake Charles with a time of 17 minutes, 51.55 seconds.

Lake Charles, La – Harry Wiggins and Joseph LeGrange continue to lead the Southeastern Lions cross country teams after finishing 27th and 29th in the McNeese Cowboy Stampede at the Enos Darbonne Sports Complex on Saturday.

LAKE CHARLES – Anna Katherine Devitt turned in a third-place performance in the women's 5K race while Logan Pearce placed eighth overall in the men's 4-mile run to lead the Louisiana cross country team at the McNeese State Cowboy Stampede on Saturday at the Enos Darbonne Sports Complex.

The women's team did just that at the meet, placing first with their top five runners all placing in the top 15 at the Enos Darbonne Sports Complex in Lake Charles, La.

LAKE CHARLES – McNeese's cross country teams will be back in action on Saturday when they host the annual Cowboy Stampede 5k race at the Enos Derbonne Sports Complex.
