With three weeks remaining until the championship begins in Louisiana high school track and field, West Feliciana's Tristen Harris is the only athlete leading in two events. Harris has the fastest 100m time with an early season performance of 11.67 at the Bronco Relays.

This past weekend, Harris had her season best in the long jump of 19-6.25 at the Texas Relays.

Speaking of Texas Relays, Parkview Baptist's Lucy Cramer ran the fastest 3200m in Louisiana in Austin. Her time of 11:13 was good enough for tenth place and it moved her ahead of Baton Rouge's Lucy Thomas, who had run a time of 11:17 at the Zachary Invitational the week prior.

Several of Louisiana's best in the distance events battled it out in the 1600m at Battle on the Bayou. Cramer's younger sister, Molly, came out on top with a time of 5:00. That's five seconds faster the next fastest time on Louisiana's All-Time 1600m list for freshmen girls. It also ranks No. 11 in the nation this year for freshmen girls.
