RANKINGS: Top 250 La. HS Girls over 5K

Mt. Carmel's Stella Junius finished fourth at the Jesse Owens Classic this weekend with a 5K time of 18:15. It's the fastest 5K time turned in by a La. HS female this year, surpassing the 19:15.86 turned in by Lucy Thomas at the Battle of New Orleans Twilight in week No. 1. 

Junius and Thomas are just two Louisiana's Super Seven girls who have broken the 19:00 barrier in the 5K. Other girls who are in the club include Lucy Cramer, Emma Aldana Huelga, Molly Cramer, Grace Keene, Reese Jeane
