URSULA HARRIS (3RD FROM LEFT) JOINS THE SCOTLANDVILLE STAFF TO POSE WITH CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHIES
No team in Louisiana was as dominant in 2024 as the Scotlandville Hornets. And while they had some of the best athletes the sport of the high school track and field has ever seen, they have some amazing coaches--including girls' head coach Ursula Harris, who made history in 2024 by becoming on the second coach in Louisiana history to win USTFCCA's National Coach of the Year.
Harris posted the following on social media as she went to the USTFCCA's National Convention in Orlando, Florida to be formally recognized by the organization.
