POLL: Vote on MileSplit LA Girls' 14U Performer of the Week!



Here are the finalists for MileSplit LA Girls' 14&U Performer of the Week. Congratulations to all of the athletes for making the ballot. The poll will close on Saturday at 9pm. All performances mentioned are from yesterday's action at the USATF Region 6 Junior Olympics.

KENYA CUMMINGS (US EXPRESS) - Cummings finished first in the 11-12 girls 3000m with a time of 13:05.50. 

KENIYAH DAVIS (RIVER CITIES) - Won the 200m hurdles in the girls' 13-14 age group with a time of 30.57.

JAHZI STRICKLAND (SPAR) - Strickland won the 13-14 girls' discus with a throw of 91-7. 

HAYLA DEMERY (RIVER CITIES) - Demery finished second in the girls' 11-12 400m with a time of 1:03.21. 

LYRIC LOUIS (US EXPRESS)- Louis won the 13-14 girls' 400m with a time of 1:01.81. 

COLETTE ALVARADO (NO METRO STARS)- Alvarado won the 11-12 girls' long jump with a leap of 14-6.75.

KIYARI IVEY (NO METRO STARS)- Ivey won the 11-12 girls' shot put with a throw of 26-10. She also finished second in the javelin with a mark of 66-7.
