FUTURE TRACK CLUB'S EDEN TEMPLE COMPETES AT TRACK HOUSTON'S MEET OF CHAMPIONS

DESTINY HARRISON (SOUTH BATON ROUGE JAGUARS)- She won the 14-year-old girls 100m (12.69), 200m (25.32), and 400 (57.96) at the Governor's Games/ John Boyer Track Championships. The 200m and 400m times are personal records. She ran her personal record of 12.44 in the 100m earlier this month at the SELARR Season Opener.
KOLBY ROYBISKIE (ST. CHARLES STRIDERS)- The 13-year-old won gold medals in both the shot put (35-4.5) and discus (83-2) at the Governor's Games/John Boyer Track Championships. He finished second in the javelin with a personal record throw of 104-3. His mark in the discus was also a personal record.
JOHARI DIGGINS (NORTHSHORE TRACK CLUB)- Competing in the 7&U girls division at the Governor's Games/John Boyer Track Championships, Diggins won the 50m (8.11), 100m (16.14), and 200m (33.48).
JAMES EDMONSON (NEW ORLEANS METRO STARS)- Edmonson won the 13-year-old boys javelin at the Governor's Games/John Boyer Track Championships with a throw of 108-1.
MAR'KEL PEEVY (TROJAN ELITE TRACK)- Won the 200m (27.87) and was second in the 100m (13.17) at the USATF Southern Association Championships in Zachary.
EDEN TEMPLE (FUTURE TRACK CLUB)- Had an outstanding day at Track Houston's Meet of Champions. She won the 1500m with a personal record 5:17. She also had a personal record in the 3000m where she finished fourth with a time of 11:36. At the Southern Association Championships in Zachary, Temple won the 800m with a time of 2:34.04.
DARRELL OLIVER (RIVER CITIES TRACK CLUB)- Pulled off the throwing triple at the Souther Association Championships in Zachary. Oliver won the shot put (9.20 meters), discus (29.35 meters), and the javelin (33.11 meters).
JORDYN RUSH (US EXPRESS TRACK CLUB)-Won the 12-year-old girls high jump at the USATF Southern Association Championships. She also finished second in the javelin with a throw of 19.54 meters.
