AALIYAH LANE SPRINTS FOR THE LINE IN THE 800m AT THE '22 AAU REGION 11 MEET!
Here are the finalists for MileSplit LA Girls' 14 & Under Performer of the Week! Congratulations to all of these athletes on being a finalist. The winner will move on to compete for Athlete of the Month. The poll will close on Saturday at 9am.
NATARI MCGEE (SBR JAGUARS) - Won the 100m (14.92), 200m (32.04), and 400m (1:12.19) in the 9-year-old girls division at the SELA Roadrunner Opener on Saturday.
SERENITY EARLY (U.S. EXPRESS)- Early won the 13-year-old girls 100m hurdle with a time of 16.07
CATHERINE WOOSLEY (USA THROWS PROJECT) - Won the 11-year-old girls turbo javelin at the SELA Roadrunner Opener on Saturday. Woosley threw the turbo jav 56-0, eight feet further than her closest competitor. She also threw the discus 34-1
KAYLEI LONG (SELA ROADRUNNERS) - Long won the 13-year-old girls' high jump with an effort of 4-8.
CALI SMITH (RUN FAST TRACK CLUB) - Smith won the 100m (13.64), high jump (4-0), and long jump (14-7) in the 10-year-old girls' division.
GABRIELLE WRIGHT (LEESVILLE TRACK CLUB) - Wright won the 800m at the SELA Roadrunner Opener with a time of 2:44.48 in the 11-year old girls' division. She also won the 400m (1:09.02).
AALIYAH LANE (SPRINT NOLA)- Lane won the 800m at the SELA Roadrunner Open with a time of 2:22.37 in the 13-year-old girls' division.
