The future is bright for La. High School track and field and the evidence is in the fact that all but one of the finalists on this week's ballot for MileSplit LA Girls' Performer of the Week won a state championship at the LHSAA State Outdoor Meet. There are two other freshmen who won state championships and they will appear on next week's ballot. Congratulations to all who made the ballot. The winner will move on to compete for MileSplit LA Girls' Athlete of the Month. This poll will close on Saturday at 9pm. Thank you for voting.
