From Highland Baptist Christian School, Tyler Blissett has been a low-key 1A talent that has shown tremendous potential. During his 7th-grade year, he broke 5-minutes for the mile and ran a time of 10:26 for the 3200m. Not to mention a standout performance by him at the Westgate Tigers Invitational, where he finished 10th with a PR of 16:49. This time is about a whole minute better than what he ran last year, so there is no telling as to how much he will continue to improve later this season.
