Ames, IA – McNeese State sprinter Christi McRae and shot putter Jacob Domingue both finished among the top four in their events here Saturday during the running of an invitational indoor meet at Iowa State.
McRae ran third in the women’s 400 meter dash with a clocking of 54.61 while Domingue posted a 56-9 1/4 effort in the shot for fourth place.
Neither performance were personal bests for the two athletes who were attempting to post qualifying efforts for next week’s NCAA indoor championship meet.
