LAFAYETTE, La. --- Walt Williams was named the Sun Belt Conference Men's Most Outstanding Field Performer for his showing at the 2007 Sun Belt Outdoor Track & Field Championship meet this weekend. "We performed really well this weekend," said head coach J.D. MALONE. "Our women did well with Destiny (Montemayor) picking up a win and Bola (Shoyebi) earning two bids to regionals. The men did well, considering we are competing in a much tougher conference this season."
