The Menard invitational has nearly 50 schools coming this year, running in
large and small school classifications. In the large school boys, Pineville
and West Monroe (and maybe Choudrant running up) will go after each other.
In the large school girls St Scholastica is probably the favorite. The
small school boys feature Choudrant, Menard, Cedar Creek, Grace Christian
and University. The girls will see Menard, Cedar Creek, ESA, Ouachita
Christian and University compete for the eagle trophy. And there\'s plenty
of other teams that are just starting their competitive season that might
pull a big upset. As usual, t-shirts are awarded 50 deep in each of the
varsity races.
