**UPDATE 10/23/26 : A Junior Varsity Race has been added to the race schedule. Of the 12 runners submitted by each team, the 5 runners not selected into the Top 7 Varsity Race (and only these 5 runners) may run in the combined Boys and Girls JV 3 mile race**

Meet Registration
All schools must register their athletes in advance of the meet through MileSplit.
Only LHSAA registered eligible athletes are allowed to compete in this meet. No ineligible or unattached athletes will be allowed to compete in any race.
Registration Deadline
All athlete entries must be submitted on Mile Split by Monday, November 2 at 11:00pm
Race Entries
Be advised that the entries you submit for the Regional Meet are your final entries and cannot be changed between the Regional and State Meet. A maximum of (12) athletes per team may be entered per varsity race; any (7) of those (12) athletes may compete in the meet. No changes to your entries can be made after the entry deadline; the (12) athletes submitted for the Regional Meet are they only athletes allowed to compete for your school in the State Meet.
Race Day Declaration
Your (7) athletes competing in the meet must be declared no later than one hour prior to the start of each race (same requirement as the State Meet). All bib numbers not declared as your top 7 must be returned at this time. If your top-7 are not declared prior to the deadline, the first (7) athletes who appear alphabetically on your entry form will be the only athletes permitted to compete.
**JV Race** Runners registered among the (12) that are not declared for the Varsity Race divisions may compete in the Combined Boys and Girls Junior Varsity Race. This leaves, at most, (5) JV entries per gender per school.
Race Packets
Race packets will be available for pickup beginning at 7:00am at the EDW tent nearest the starting line. There will be a table for you to check-in, drop-off your entry fee, and pick-up your race packet. Be prepared to declare your top-7 entries and JV entries at this time.
Qualifiers for the State Meet
Only the top-8 teams from each race of this meet will advance to the State Meet. All individuals finishing in the top-25 from each race will advance to the State Meet, regardless of whether or not they are on one of the top-8 teams.

Combined Girls and Boys Junior Varsity Race (5 Runners per gender) -- 9:45 am

Top 25 finishers of the boys and girls Varsity races will receive T-Shirts.
