Cedar Creek Invitational junior high and elementary 2026

We would like to invite you all to participate in the 2026 Cedar Creek Invitational, to be held

on Friday September 18, 2026 (Elementary) and September 19, 2026 (Junior High 

School) at scenic Lincoln Parish Park, located off Hwy 33 in Ruston, LA. It is a beautiful

park and a great XC course! Elementary will run a 1-mile loop, Junior High will run a 1.5-

mile loop.

September 9th is the hard cut-off to enter your team.

This allows us to plan for the large number of runners. 

Payment can be brought the day of

meet. The entry fee is $120.00 or $60 for each boys/girls team. Individual runners will be

$10.00. Checks should be made out to Cedar Creek High School

All races will begin and end in the large open field. The registration table will be located at

the pavilion nearest to the playground. Please register your team at least 30 minutes prior

to your first race. Please let your parents and fans know there will be a $10.00 admission

fee at the gate. We will have concessions, Kona Ice, Fleet Feet, and more on-site!

The time schedule for the meet will be as follows (please note this is a rolling schedule and

times are approximate):

Elementary: Friday 9/18 - Packet pickup begins at 4 pm - All races 1 mile

5:00 PM 5th & 6th Grades Girls then Boys

5:30 PM 3rd & 4th Grades Girls then Boys

6:00 PM K-2nd Grades Girls then boys 

Saturday 9/19 

junior high divisions 

10:30 AM 7th & 8th Girls 1.5 miles

10:50 AM 7th & 8th Boys 1.5 miles

Awards:

Team trophies will be awarded to the top two teams in each division.
