We would like to invite you all to participate in the Ruston High Invitational, to be held on Saturday October 4th, at the Gospel. It is a beautiful park and a great XC course! The course for Elementary will be a 1600m loop, MS will be 1.5 miles, and the Varsity will be two 1.5 mile loops this year.
Please go to la.milesplit.com to register your team. Payment can be brought the day of meet.
All races will begin and end in the large open field. The registration table will be set up in pavilion nearest the playground. Please register your team thirty minutes prior to the start of your first run. Please tell your parents and fans that there will be a $10.00 admission charge at the gate per vehicle. We will have concessions, Kona Ice, and Fleet Feet.
Time schedule for the meet will be as follows:
7:30 AM Varsity Girls 3 miles 8:00AM Varsity Boys 3 miles
8:30AM 7th - 8th Grade Girls 1.5 miles
9:00AM 7th - 8th Grade Boys 1.5 miles
9:30AM 5th - 6th Grade Girls 1 mile
9:50AM 5th - 6th Grade Boys 1 mile
10:10AM 3rd - 4th Grade Girls 1 mile
10:30AM 3rd - 4th Grade Boys 1 mile
10:50AM K - 2nd Grade Girls 1 mile
11:10AM K - 2nd Grade Boys 1 mile
Top 10 finishers in each race will receive their awards as they cross the finish line. Top 2 Team awards can be picked up 30min after the end of each Boys division race (Varsity, 7th-8th, 5th-6th, 3rd-4th, k-2nd) at the large covered pavilion up the hill from the finish line.

Team trophies will be awarded to the top two teams in each division with individual medals given to the top ten in each division. Individual t-shirts given to the top ten runners in the Varsity divisions. The top three individuals in the Varsity will also receive a customized medal unique to the meet. Girls and boys do NOT compete against each other.
The entry FEE is $120.00. Or $60 for each boys/girls team. Individual runners will be $10.00
