2024 Raider Relays

Spectator Tickets may be purchased on Local Level Event and also may be purchased at the Gate  through Local Level Event with a Card  we will have a QR code for general admission to scan...NO CASH.

Location:



Lee Hedges Stadium, 6115 E Kings Hwy, Shreveport, LA 71105



Entry fee:



Varsity - $150 per school ($75 girls /$75 boys)

You may pay your entry fee and pick up your team packet in the Hospitality Room, located under the Press-box Side of the Stadium.





Entry Procedure:

There will be no scratch meeting. 



Meet Rules and General Info:

Spectator Tickets may be purchased on Local Event and also may be purchased at the Gate  through Local Level with a Card  we will have a QR code for general admission to scan...NO CASH.



**Teams must provide their own blocks.



Team areas are located on the east side of the stadium (The side closest to Shreve).                                            *Only members of your team and coaching staff will be allowed in team area.*

NO HANGING OUT UNDER BLEACHERS!

Spectator areas are located on the west side of the stadium  (The side furthest from Shreve).

Staging area for all running events - Northwest side of the stadium.



Athletes, coaches or spectators are not allowed on the infield or track after 3:50 pm. Coaching area will be designated.                                                                                                                                         

ALL athletes need to be in the stands, your athlete(s) are at risk for disqualification if on the infield and not prepping for the called event. Do NOT run with teams on the infield during races.

3 attempts on all field events. NO FINALS

If an athlete needs to leave a field event to compete in another event he/she will need to check out with official and will have 20 mins to return.



Hospitality Room

The Hospitality Room will be closed at 6:00 pm.



Awards:



-Top 2 teams will be awarded trophies.

-Top 3 finishers in each event will be awarded medals.

-MVP girl and boy will be awarded.
