Louisiana Tech Invitational 2009

RUSTON – A week after posting the best time for the Northwestern State Lady Demon cross country team in a meet at McNeese, Karensa Ellis repeated her standings as the top Lady Demon finisher on Saturday at the Louisiana Tech Mook 4 Invitational.

RUSTON, La. - Tulane junior cross country runner Rebecca Coady won the Mook 4 Invitational at Lincoln Parrish Park, turning in a time of 11:52 on a shortened two-mile course. Brian Lozes finished sixth in the men's race in 21:25 to lead Tulane.

RUSTON, La.-The Centenary cross country teams kicked off their seasons by participating in the Louisiana Tech Mook 4 Invitational on Saturday.

RUSTON--It was a cloudy, overcast day, but the bad weather held off as the Bulldog Cross Country team went 3-0 in the Mook Four Triple Dual Meet at Lincoln Parish Park Saturday morning. The teams competing in the four mile course along with Tech were McNeese State, Northwestern State, Grambling, Tulane, Centenary and Louisiana College.

  Ruston – Joshua Sawe and Amy Guinn led McNeese State to a sweep of the team titles during Saturday’s Louisiana Tech Mook cross counry meet.
