Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
We are excited you have accepted our invitation to compete at this years "McNeese Cowboy Club"- ASICS Cowboy Stampede. The field are set and we are on course to have the biggest edition yet with over 750 athletes competing Saturday.
Here are a few Reminders to take note and allow us to have a smooth meet as possible:
1. BUS DROP OFF: If you are traveling via Bus we would like for you Driver drop your team off and proceed through the
parking.
2. TEAM AREAS: Please do not set up under the pavilion. TEAM AREAS will be located around the pavilion and playground.
3. PACKET PICKUP: Will be available under the pavilion. Make sure to have correct entry fees. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO
REFUNDS. You will be charged on what you entered.
4. CHIP TIMING WILL BE USED. Make sure to follow instructions how to WEAR and RETURN Chips. Information will be provided
Upon Registration.
5. COURSE MAPS: Take the time and print our your course maps for your teams. Course will be color coded. Important your
Athletes take time and check out the maps.

7:00am Course Inspection
8:45am Womens 5k College
9:15am Mens 4 Mile College
9:45am National Anthem
9:50am Varsity Girls 5K
10:30am Varsity Boys 5K
10:55am Elementary Schools Race
11:00am Junior Varsity / Middle school Girls 2 mile
11:30am Junior Varsity / Middle School Boys 2 mile
12:00pm Awards
7. HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY RACES: You can enter any 7 Athletes you registered into the Varsity High School Race. All other
athletes must run in the respective JV race.
8. AWARDS: COLLEGE RACE T-SHIRTS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE TOP 10 FINISHERS ACROSS THE LINE. NO TEAM AWARD / AWARD CEREMONY
HIGH SCHOOL RACE TOP 15 WILL BE AWARDED TSHIRTS UPON CONCLUSION OF THE MEET.
TOP 2 HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS WILL BE AWARDED TROPHIES
JV/MS TOP 5 INDIVIDUALS WILL BE AWARDED TSHIRTS UPON CONCLUSION OF THE MEET.
9. RESULTS: Will be available on www.cfpitiming.com upon conclusion of the meet.
10. SPORTS MED will be available near the finish line.
11. T-SHIRTS: SPECIAL EDITION T-Shirts will be available for purchase for $15.00. First come first basis.
12. CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE
