POLL: MileSplit LA Girls Performer Of The Week

RUSTON'S MADISON MORRIS (4174) COMPETES AT THE SJA INVITATIONAL EARLIER THIS YEAR

In the ballot below, you will find the finalists for this week's MileSplit LA Girls' Performer Of The Week. The winner of this poll will go on to compete for MileSplit LA Girls' Runner Of The Year at the end of the season. This poll will close on Saturday at 9pm.

ADANZE MERE (EPISCOPAL)-- Mere finished No. 8 at the EBR Championships with a time of 19:05.

AUDREY MANDA (ST. JOSEPH'S)-- In what her coach called the "race of her life," Manda ran a personal record 19:13 and finished No. 9 at the EBR Championships.

MARY QUINTANA (MT. CARMEL)-- The freshman finished third at the District 9-5A Championships with a personal record time of 18:43. The time ranks No. 6 in Louisiana this year for freshmen girls. 

CARA THOMAS (DOMINICAN)-- Finished seventh at the District 9-5A Championships with a time of 19:39.

EMELIA HOPE (NORTHSHORE)--Finished second to teammate Grace Keene at the District 6 & & 7 Championships last week. Hope's time was a personal record of 19:34. Hope's performance allowed Northshort to squeak past Mandeville for the District championship. 

ABBY MENDOZA (ST. THOMAS MORE)-- Finished third at the District 4-4 Championship with a time of 19:17. Her performance-along with that of her teammates-allowed the Cougars to win the District 4-4A Championship. 

MADISON MORRIS (RUSTON)-- Ran a personal record 19:27 at the North Louisiana Cross Country Championships last Thursday. She finished third in the race behind teammates Eden Dawsey and Hallie Hebert. Morris' time is over a minute improvement from what she ran at the Watson Classic just 12 days prior.
