Below, you will find the ballot for this week's MileSplit LA Boys' Performer Of The Week. Congratulations to all of the finalists. The winner will move on to compete for the 2025 MileSplit LA Boys' Outdoor Athlete Of The Year. This poll will close on Saturday at 9pm.

JAVONTE TAYLOR (NORTH DESOTO)-- Taylor was the MVP of last week's Airline Viking Invitational. He won the high jump clearing 6-8. He took a shot at 6-10 which would have given him the school record in the event. He also won the triple jump (45-7) and tied for first in the long jump (21-4). He is undefeated this season both the high jump and triple jump.

BRANDT BLANCHARD (JESUIT)--Blanchard ran the No. 6 all-time 800m at the Pete Boudreaux Invitational on Saturday. Blanchard's time was 1:51.95. Keep an eye on what he does this week at the FSU Relays, which will be live on MileSplit. Blanchard is undefeated this year--both indoors and out--on Louisiana soil.

WILLIAM DECUIR (CATHOLIC HIGH)-- In what was the fastest regular season mile in Louisiana history, Catholic sophomore William Decuir came away with the win running 4:16.92.  That time is No. 1 in Louisiana this year and No. 3 all-time in Louisiana for sophomore boys. Only Eric Coston and Devyn Keith are ahead of him. Decuir is coached by Zach Capello, who competed against Keith and Coston when he was a distance runner at Ascension Catholic. As for the 1600m ffield at the Pete Boudreaux Invitational, nine runners ran 4:24 or faster. 11 were 4:30 or under.

JACK COLLINS (BROTHER MARTIN)-- Won the Crusader relays with a 4:26 on Friday night before helped he Brother Martin to taking the 4x800 at the Pete Boudreaux Invitational with a time of 8:09.47.

BRAYLON WALKER (LAFAYETTE CHRISTIAN)--The junior from LCA owns Louisiana's fastest time in the 100m with a 10.66 at the 64th annual Oil City Relays.

FERZELL SHEPARD (SCOTLANDVILLE)-- Shepard jumped 49-6.5 at the South Louisiana HS Invitational on March 14th. He is currently No. 3 in the nation.

MARQUIS BUTLER (ALEXANDRIA)-- The Butler did it! He jumped 23-8.5 at the Mac's Fresh Market Chief Relays at West Ouachita High School. That gives Butler the No.1 jump in Louisiana this year.

JOHN BROWN (HAUGHTON)--Has stacked a couple of early season wins in the 400m. He went 48.38 in his latest effort at the Airline Viking Invitational. That is only .10 off his personal record in his opener at the Shamocus Patton Relays. It is great to see Brown back healthy, after pulling a muscle at the District 1-5A Meet in 2024.

DAVIAN JACKSON (WESTGATE)-- Won the 100m (10.96) and 200m (22.20)at Westgate's home meet! The latter of the two is a personal record time for Jackson.
