MALLORY SWINT (C.E. Byrd)--The senior, coming off an indoor season in which she helped the Lady Jackets 4x800 team break the school record twice, was a part of another record-breaking performance in Byrd's outdoor opener on Friday. The 4x800 team that Swint led broke the Yellow Jacket Relays 4x800m meet record with their 10:27. Swint also won the 800m (2:32) and ran a leg on Byrd's winning 4x400m team. Swint's performance helped the C.E. Byrd girls take the team title as the Lady Jackets scored 125 points to beat Captain Shreve by one point.
TAYLOR HANKTON (Broadmoor)-- The senior won the 100m hurdles (18.77) and 300m hurdles (45.23) at the Panther's Invitational at Glen Oaks.
KACI FULTON (Barbe)-- The junior Buccaneer won both the shot put (39-8) and discus (98-0) at the DeRidder Dragon Relays.
ELIZABETH RODRIGUE (E.D. WHITE)-- The senior finished second in the 1600m (5:25) at the E.D. White Relays before returning later in the meet to win the 800m (2:27).
KHIA WILLIAMS (Lafayette)--The senior Lion won both the 100m (12.09) and the 200m (25.42) at the Charles Lacon Invitational.
