BRAYDEN BERGLUND (6) COMPETES IN THE LSU HS QUALIFIER 800m
With only two polls remaining during the indoor season, here are your finalists for MileSplit LA Boys' Performer of The Week! Congratulations to all of the finalists! MICAH GREEN (RUMMEL)-- Ranked No. 2 in La. after running a 6.91 in the 60m way back in week No.1 at the LSU HS Classic. Nationally, the time is tied at No. 29 for the Class of 2026.
HENRY MENSMAN (CATHOLIC HIGH BATON ROUGE)-- Like Green, Mensman is one of Louisiana's top juniors who has only competed in one indoor meet all season. That was the LSU HS Qualifier. Mensman ran a 50.16. That ranks No.5 in La.
BRAYDEN BERGLUND (MANDEVILLE)--Another junior on the ballot, Berglund has been impressive all season and he keeps dropping his 800m time. His last time out, Berglund ran a 1:56.84. That ranks No. 2 in Louisiana. It also ranks No. 37 in the nation for the Class of 2026.
NOAH MOONEY (BROTHER MARTIN)--The senior Crusader is ranked No. 3 in Louisiana in the 3200m with a season best of 9:35. In the 1600m, Mooney season best is 9:38.49.
BRADY MONAHAN (JESUIT)- Opened up his 2025 season at the LSU Last Chance Qualifier in a unfamiliar place--LSU's Carl Maddox Fieldhouse. It was his first trip back since his freshman year. He came away with the win in the 3200m running a 9:38.
