Earlier this week, MileSplit LA state editor Jerry Byrd sat down to talk with Parkway HC Kent Falting. The Panthers' boys team has opened the season 2-0 with wins at The Opener in Clinton, MS in Week No. 1 and then winning their home meet--The Border Dash last Saturday.
The girls' team has been impressive as well. Led by Ember Pierce, who set the 3K course record at The Opener in Week No.1, the team finished second to Lafayette at The Border Dash.
