Here are the finalists for MileSplit LA Boys' Performer of the Week. The poll will close on Saturday at 9pm. The winner will advance to the Athlete of the Month ballot. Congratulations to all of the finalists!

GABRIEL FALTING(PARKWAY) - It's been an exciting couple of weeks for the Faltings. First, Gabe Falting wins his first District 1-5A Championship in the Boys' 1600m (4:31.84). Then, at regionals, Falting finished as the runner-up in the same event to advance to what will be his first LHSAA State Outdoor Championship individual event appearance. 

J'MARCUS SEWELL (WOODLAWN-BR)- Sewell won the 200m (21.40) at the Region 2-5A Meet after finishing third in the 100m (10.72). Also ran a leg on Woodlawn's 4x100 team, which finished as the runner-up with a time of 41.76. 

AIDEN MONISTERE (PARKVIEW BAPTIST) - Won both the 1600m and 3200m at the Region 2-3A Meet at the University of Louisiana--Lafayette. He won the 1600m with a 4:26.90, just a second off of his personal record, and returned at the end of the meet to run a 9:59.90 in the 3200m. 

BRODERICK DAVIS (SCOTLANDVILLE) - Davis won the both 110m hurdles (13.96) and long jump (24-1.75) at the Region 2-5A Meet. Both marks are personal records. His time in the hurdles ranks No. 7 in the nation among all juniors. His effort in the long jump has his ranked No. 8 in the nation among all juniors. Davis also qualified for state in the 200m, finishing third with a time of 22.05. 

LOUIS RUDGE (CATHOLIC) - Rudge won the 300m hurdles (37.38) and finished second in the 110m hurdles (14.00). Rudge also ran a leg on Catholic's 4x400m relay, which won with a time of 3:15.01. The relay team is the No. 1 ranked team in Louisiana and ranked No. 15 in the US. Rudge now gets ready to defend his LHSAA Class 5A state championship in the 300m hurdles and hopes to lead his Bears to another state championship. 

JACKSON BURNEY (CALVARY) - The two-time state champion had a great day at the Region 1-2A Meet, winning both his specialty--800m (1:57.14) and 1600m (4:32.66). 

KALEB VAUGHN (NEVILLE) - The sophomore won the 100m (10.86), 200m (22.15), and ran a leg on Neville's winning 4x100m relay at the Region 1-4A Meet. 

ZACK BLANCHARD (JESUIT)-  Won the 800m at the Region 2-5A Meet with a 1:58.19. The week before at the District 9-5A, Blanchard ran a personal record 1:56.94.
