- # All-Star Relays are NOT permitted, meaning all runners on the relay must attend the same high school.
- Hurdle relay is 4 x 55 meters hurdles
- Order of Medley Relay Events: 1600m Medley: 200-200-400-800, Distance Medley: 1200-400-800-1600.
- Performances:
- Comparable outdoor performances from the 2015 season are only acceptable where specifically noted above. If no 2015 performance guideline is noted the qualifying mark must be from the current season. This includes the Championship 5000, the pentathlon (when using a composite of PRs to enter), the freshman 400 and the freshman mile.
- Relay performances from prior seasons will not be accepted as qualifying marks for entry even if the same four team members are entered.
- Fully Automatic Times (FAT) only are accepted in the 60m, 200m and 60m Hurdles (hand times are not accepted).
