Trafton Academy Elementary-Sub-Elementary Invitational 2010

Dear Coaches,

The Trafton Academy Elementary-Sub-Elementary Invitational will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Hammond. The field events will begin at 3:30 p.m. and the running events will begin at 4:30 p.m. Please try and plan your arrival after 3:00 pm so you don’t have to wait in the STA pick-up line! Please e-mail me your entries at miguelbecerra@bellsouth.net by Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 12:00 noon. All entries are final, there will be no changes or additions to your entries. Athletes are allowed to participate in any four events.
Remember Coaches, we are asking that each school pay a $40.00 entry fee to help defray the cost of the awards. Please make checks payable to the Trafton Academy Athletics.
Awards will be given to the top (2) teams in each division. This meets entries are limited to (2) athletes per field event and (4) athletes per running events in both divisions. You may also enter (1) relay team in each division, which gives you a total of two relay teams. Individual awards for the top (3) finishers in each event will be sent to the schools, or can be picked-up at the next track meet.
Please do not enter more athletes than allowed, because we will scratch the ones that we choose.
Printed meet results will be available at the end of the meet.
Admission will be $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children. Concessions will be available at STA.
The following teams will participating in this year’s meet: Trafton, First Baptist, Mater Dolorosa, Albany Upper, Mary Queen of Peace, Holy Ghost, St. Joseph’s and Kehoe France.

Each School Will Be Assigned To
Assist With A Field Event.
