EVENT HOSTS: Teurlings Catholic High School and Lafayette High Schools
EVENT INFORMATION: This meet memorializes three local and LEGENDARY XC coaches: Douglas Stewart, Tom Nolan, and Charles Lancon. All three played an integral role in developing XC programs in the Acadiana area, and we hope to continue carrying on the tradition in their names!
REGISTRATION/ENTRY PROCEDURE: Milesplit - Deadline for registration is October 15, 2025 @ noon
ENTRY CONFIRMATION: We will confirm your entry via email by October 16, 2025, in the afternoon.
SCHOOL ENTRY FEE: Registration fees will be collected at the Meet in the form of a check or cash. PAYABLE TO TCHS GIRLS XC
$125 per school
$75 for a single gender school
$20 per single entry
RACE PACKETS: Your race packet will be available for you to pick-up beginning at 7:00am at the finish line tent. We will have a table set up for check-in, entry fee drop off, and packet pickup
AWARDS: Individual awards will be given to the TOP 10 finishers in each varsity division and the TOP 5 in the JV divisions. Team awards will be given to the top 2 teams in Boys and Girls Varsity races.
TIMING: Lafayette Timing. Official timing will cease approximately 30-minutes after the start of each race in order to expedite the start of the next race. Coaches are responsible for timing their runners in any race when either the official timer or display clock has been reset.
PARKING: Shuttle bus to and from the park from St Genevieve Middle School on 91 Teurlings Drive
CONCESSIONS: We will have food truck(s) and music as always!
