EVENT HOSTS: Teurlings Catholic High School and Lafayette High Schools
EVENT INFORMATION: This meet memorializes three local and LEGENDARY XC coaches: Douglas Stewart, Tom Nolan, and Charles Lancon. All three played an integral role in developing XC programs in the Acadiana area, and we hope to continue carrying on the tradition in their names!
REGISTRATION/ENTRY PROCEDURE: Milesplit - Deadline for registration is October 6, 2023.
ENTRY CONFIRMATION: We will confirm your entry via email by Thursday, October 12, 2022, in the afternoon.
SCHOOL ENTRY FEE: $100 max per school(or $75 per gender) is required. If you do not have enough athletes to field a team(less than five), your entry fee will be $15 per athlete. Make checks payable to Teurlings Catholic High School, and mail to: 139 Teurlings Drive, Lafayette, La 70501. Attn: Kelly LaMaison. Mail-in payments must be received prior to October 12, 2023, or please bring your schools check to the meet.
RACE PACKETS: Your race packet will be available for you to pick-up beginning at 7:15am at the finish line tent. We will have a table set up for check-in, entry fee drop off, and packet pickup
AWARDS: Individual awards will be given to the TOP 10 finishers in each varsity division and the TOP 5 in the JV divisions. Team awards will be given to the top 2 teams in each division.
TIMING: Lafayette High School and Cajun Timing, LLC. Official timing will cease approximately 30-minutes after the start of each race in order to expedite the start of the next race. Coaches are responsible for timing their runners in any race when either the official timer or display clock has been reset.
PARKING: TBA
CONCESSIONS: We will have jambalaya, Powerade, food trucks, and music as always!
