WHAT:SHAMOCUS PATTON MEMORIAL BENTON TIGER RELAYS

WHEN:Thursday March 6th 2025

WHERE: Benton High School( Old Benton High where stadium is. 

Times- 4x800 and Field Events- 3:00

Track- 4:15

Athletes- 2 Entries per event- 1 Relay Team- *We will run a few athletes on our B Team*

Entries- Submit your Entries on Milesplit- Deadline Noon- - March 4th

Cost-$120 per school - $60 Girls and $60 for Boys- If Benton is scheduled at your meet you are exempt from entry fee

Awards- Team Trophies for Champion and Runner Up- Medals for Top 3 finishers

TEAM AREAS: East Side of Stadium in Bleachers or on grass area east side of stadium Tents can be set up in bleachers or anywhere on east side of stadium. Security will be provided.

Bus- Parking- Do Not Park in the gravel area behind the football stadium that is car line for middle school

INFIELD AREA: No athletes allowed on the infield at any time during the meet. Coaches please help our security with this.
STARTING BLOCKS: Starting blocks will not be provided. Bring your own blocks
SPIKE REQUIREMENTS: Only pyramid spikes allowed for competition. Needle spikes are prohibited. Athletes not meeting spike requirements, will not be allowed to compete.

Girls Discus- 70 ft                       Boys Discus- 90 ft
Girls Shot- 25 ft                            Boys Shot- 35 ft 
Girls Pole Vault- 7-0 ft- 6 in increase
Boys Pole Vault- 9-0 ft 6 in increase
Girls HJ- 4- 2   2  in increase
Boys HJ- 5-2    2 in increase
3 Jumps/ 3 Throws no finals

SHOT PUT: Girls , Boys

DISCUS: Boys, Girls

JAVELIN: Boys, Girls

POLE VAULT:Girls, Boys

HIGH JUMP:Girls, Boys

EXCHANGE ZONES

4x100- All Gold

4x200- Green, Green, Gold

4X400- All Blue

BOYS AND GIRLS LONGJUMP WILL BE CONTESTED 1ST FOLLOWED BY TRIPLE JUMP
