Meet Information
Dear Coach:
With the restrictions the LHSAA has placed onLouisiana High Schools with regard to hosting middle school races, we would like to invite you and your team to participate in the St. Pius X Middle SchoolInvitational presented by Varsity Sports, on Saturday September 28, 2024 in New Orleans City Park.
There will be three races: Girls Middle School (limit to 7 runners), Boys Middle School (limit to 7 runners), and Open
non-scored Boys/Girls Middle school (unlimited). The Open race will be a staggered start to avoid overcrowding. Only five (5) runners will count for team honors. To compete for team honors, the school must have five (5) runners
finish the race. Team trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place. You may run fewer athletes if you do not wish to compete for team honors. The top ten (10) individual finishers in all races will be awarded invitational t-shirts.

FEES
An entry fee of $75 per school is required to help defray costs. Please make checks payable to"St. Pius X Catholic School." Pre-registration is required. Please read below for further instructions.

DIRECTIONS FROM I-10 WEST
Enter City Park from Marconi Drive and turn RIGHT onto Harrison Avenue. The staging area (registration) is across from Harrison Avenue and Diagonal Road. Parking is allowed only on Diagonal Road or Harrison Avenue on the WESTERN side of Diagonal Road. (Please do not park on Harrison Avenue or the EASTERN side of Diagonal Road.)
