Meet Information
AWARDS: Team trophies for Champion and Runner-Up in each division. Awards for top 3 places in individual events and relays. Security will be provided.
POLE VAULT: Coaches, please bring your pole vault verification forms to be placed on file.
INFIELD AREA: Only athletes that are competing are allowed on the infield to warm up. Coaches please help our security with this.
STARTING BLOCKS: Starting blocks will not be provided. Bring your own blocks.
SPIKE REQUIREMENTS: Only pyramid spikes allowed for competition. Needle spikes are prohibited.
Athletes not meeting spike requirements, will not be allowed to compete.
The plan is to conduct all field events beginning at 3:15 pm with that also being the first call for the 4x800m relay. The 4x800m relay will begin at 3:30 pm. The rest of the running events will begin at 4:30 pm. If we can begin the running before 4:30, we will, but we will start as closest to 4:30 as possible.
Per Benton's administration, it is requested that all buses be parked in the parking lot by the softball field and not the gravel parking lot.
Coaches, please monitor your athletes and stress the importance of keeping athletes out of the infield while the running events are going on unless they are warming up for their upcoming event.
