Entries: Registration opens on Monday, August 1st, 2023 and endsTuesday, September 12th, 2023 @ 12:00PM CST. NO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES ALLOWED IN THE UNIVERSITY RACES.
University:
Unlimited entries for university races.Submit entries via Direct Athletics. Unattached entries welcome by discretionof meet manager.
High School:
Unlimited entries for all races.
Middle School (5-8)/Elementary (K-4): Unlimited entries for all races.
Submit entries via MileSplit in the appropriate division.
Entry Fee: Cash or Check ONLY due at packet pick-up. Please make checks out to "Warhawk Club".
University - $150 per team per gender due at packet pick-up. $30 per unattached or individual entry.
High School - $75 per team per gender due at packet pick-up. (Max of $150)
Middle School (5-8) - $75 per team per gender due at packet pick-up. (Max of $150)
Elementary (K-4) - $75 per team per gender due at packet pick-up. (Max of $150)
**No refunds due to cancellations for inclement weather.
Check-In/Packet Pick-Up: Begins at 6:00AM @ course.
Admission: Admission fee is $5 per spectator due entering parkinglot. Kids under 12 are free.
Results and Awards:
Results will be available on the TFRRS and MileSplit websites. Medals to the top 10 finishers in each high school race.
University: Top10 finishers recognized. Top team receives a trophy.
HS/MS/Elementary:Top 15 finishers in each race get a medal. Top 5 finishers get a shirt.
Top team in each race receives a trophy.
**Awards start 15-20 minutes after each division concludes.
Maximum Time: Each race will not have a maximum time, however runners still on the course at the start of the University race will be held at the turn into the finish to allow the next race to begin.

Courses:
5k - 25% dirt/75% mowed grass course with a few sidewalk crossings and small dips. 200m start + 2 x 2.2km loops + 400m leg to finish.
7k - 25% dirt/75% mowed grass course with a few sidewalk crossings and small dips. 200m start + 3 x 2.2km loops + 200m leg to finish.
1 Mile - 5% dirt/95% mowed grass course with a sidewalk crossing and small dips. 200m start + 1200m loop + 200m leg finish.
**Courses will be available for preview on Friday, September 15th,2023 from 3PM to 6PM and on Saturday, September 16th, 2023 from 6AMto 6:45AM.2023
