Southwood High School cordially invites you to compete in the 2023 Cowboy Relays. This meet will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023. The meet will be held at Lee Hedges Track & Field Stadium. Entry fees are $150 per school ($75 Girls/ $75 Boys). Have payment available when picking up meet packet or mail payment should be post marked by March 22, 2023 to Southwood High School at 9000 Walker Road, Shreveport, LA 71118. All Entries are done on MileSplit. Deadline for entries will be March 22, 2023 at 12:00pm. No late entries will be added. 2 entries per event/1 relay team. Field events and 4x800 will begin at 4:00 and running events will begin at 5:15pm.
There will be a spectator fee of $6.00.
Deadlines for entries will be Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 12:00pm. This is not an open meet.
ENTRY FEE: $75 per Team (Girls or Boys) and $150 per school (Boys and Girls)

ATHLETES ALLOWED: 2 per Event (Running & Field)
4 x 800 RELAY: Begins at 4:00
FIELD EVENTS: Begins at 4:00 (4 attempts NO FINALS)
RUNNING EVENTS: Begin at 5:15
AWARDS: Team Awards 1st-3rd, Individual Awards 1st-3rd, MVP Female/Male High point award
TEAM AREA: East Stadium Seatiing Area (Across from Press Box)
ADMISSION: $6.00 / 5 and under Free
