Meet Information
There is a $150 fee (or $10 per athlete) per school for any "out of parish" teams that wish to attend. Registration is open until 10:00 am on the day of the meet. At that time, the meet will be seeded and heat sheets posted. There will be no adds at the time of the meet. Scratches can be made at event check-in.

4x800m Relay - 3:30 pm
4x200m Relay - 5:00 pm
Running events will following a "rolling schedule". Check-in for all events will be at the North end of the track, near the pole vault area. This will be the only entrance to the track for athletes! Please limit your athletes' access to the infield.
Utilize Dogwood Park on Belview for bus parking. Spectators are welcome to park in the main lot behind the school near the baseball/softball fields. There is a $5 gate fee for all spectators.
LHS will claim the black benches along the fence at the north end of the track as a team area. Due to ongoing construction, some areas may be restricted for team areas. Please refrain from using the bleachers as a team area.
Concessions and restrooms are located at the south end of the track, however track access will be restricted.
Coaches, please be prepared to help work and score field events. The following events have volunteers:
- Leesville - Long Jump/Triple Jump (boys), Pole Vault (boys/girls)
- Anacoco - Long Jump/Triple Jump (girls), Javelin
- Rosepine - High Jump (boys/girls)
