Parking: Buses are to park on the southeast parking lot near the baseball stadium. Visitors must park new southwest gate entrance.

• Implement Weigh In:         11:00 - 12:30

• Pole Vault Inspection:       11:00- 12:30

• Field Event Start:                1pm
•         PV (girls then boys)
•         LJ (girls then boys)
•         TJ (boys then girls)
•         HJ (boys then girls)
•         Discus (girls then boys)
•         Shot Put (boys then girls)
•         Javelin (boys then girls)    
  
  

• Track Event Start:

•      2:30 PM Event

•          4x800    followed by 90 min mandatory rest

•     4:00 PM Events

Starting Blocks:  All teams must provide their own blocks 

Spikes: Spikes must be a quarter inch (1/4) to preserve the track. Coaches, please check your athletes's spikes before meet.

Safety:  Provided by Caddo Sheriff's Office. SPD and Caddo Parish Security

We ask that coaches make sure their athletes are dressed in school issued uniform and track gear, so security can identify those athletes competing.  Persons will be asked to leave team areas if they are not coaches or athletes. 

NO teams are allowed to set up a team area underneath stadium from safety reasons.

ALL athletes need to be in the stands, your athlete(s) are at risk for disqualification if on the infield and not prepping for the called event. 

Do NOT run with teams on the infield during races.
