ENTRY FEE:  $150.00:  Due at packet pick up, payable to Parkway High School 

Heat Sheets will be ready and passed out at coaches meeting on Wednesday .

Scratches are due by 10 PM Tuesday, April 18th. No scratches will be made after the deadline .

You must enter athlete names in milesplit for your relays including alternates. Relay entries with no names will not be accepted.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

There will be a coaches meeting to pick up packets Wednesday at 5 pm at the track shed at the stadium track complex. You can weigh your implements at that time also . Bring pole vault paperwork as well .

* Students cannot judge events or mark attempts. 

* Once you start judging an event you must remain at the event until its completion.

COACHES AREAS

  • Coaches / spectators will remain on track oval or designated areas for viewing of the field events inside the stadium.  For field events outside the stadium, coaches / spectator areas will be clearly marked.  

  • The track area will be cleared prior to the start of the running events.  No coaches, athletes, or spectators will be allowed on the infield area at any time during the course of the running events.

  • Please notify all CECP coaches of all procedures.

  • Coaches / Spectators / Athletes are not allowed in the timing / finish line area for any reason.

RESULTS:

  • Results will be posted on the west side of the track shed after each event is scored, as well as announced throughout the meet.

RELAY CARDS:

  • It is each coachs responsibility to update their relay cards prior to leaving meet.  All athletes must meet the event restriction guidelines as it relates to relay cards.  If your relay cards are not updated, we will use your entries to the district meet for the regional meet.

BOYS AND GIRLS LONGJUMP WILL BE CONTESTED 1ST FOLLOWED BY TRIPLE JUMP
