directly to mile-3. Anyone who tries to run in this manner will be removed from the course.

Entries:

Entries in the Girls Varsity and Boys Varsity races are limited to a maximum of seven (7) per team. Entries

in the Girls Jr. Varsity and Boys Jr. Varsity races are also limited to a maximum of seven (7) per team.

However, any additional eligible JV runners may run in the JV race without a bib but will not be officially

timed or scored. Coaches are responsible for timing their non-scored runners. Only LHSAA registered

eligible athletes are allowed to compete in this Meet.

Scoring:

All online entries will be downloaded from Athletic.net and inputted into the AdkinsTrak Timing System

to automatically score the Meet. All runners will be issued a bib number with an integral timing chip. All

runners must pin his/her bib number to the front of his/her shirt. All finishers must cross over the finish

line scoring mat with their bib intact in order to be scored. Runners that do not cross over the finish line

scoring mat with a bib will not be scored. A team must have a minimum of five finishers in order to

receive a team score. All runners in all races must wear school uniforms with the school name clearly

shown. Your runners may keep their bib upon conclusion of their race.

Timing:

Official timing will cease approximately 30-minutes after the start of race in order to expedite the start of

the next race. The bridge at the far end of the finishing straight-away will be closed 25-minutes after the

start to expedite the start of the next race. Any runner who has not passed this point by 25-minutes will

be stopped and directed along the far straight-away to another finish line on the other side of the canal.

In this instance, that runner cannot be scored for their team or have their finish time recorded. Coaches

are responsible for timing their runners in the instance noted above and in any race when either the

official timer or display clock has been reset.
