To avoid traffic problems entering the meet, please take I-20 to the Choudrant exit. Then turn north on hwy 145. Then turn left on 821 and approach the Gospel from that direction. This will allow people to mainly just make right turns into the venue. If everyone is approaching from both directions it will create a large traffic jam. Helping to keep traffic smooth helps runners not miss their races. We will start the first race at 4 and then it is a rolling schedule. We do not want any runners to miss a race simply because of traffic.

Clarification on money: 60$ flat fee per team of 7 or more runners per gender. Sometimes the website calculator is a little confusing due to elementary teams having so many separate race divisions. A normal situation for a team is to owe $120 because they have a boys team and a girls team. If you are registering less than 7 runners, then it is $10 per runner.
Please do all registration through this site. We will not be registering large numbers of runners at the event.
*Important note: Due to LHSAA ruling we are splitting this into 2 meets. I will leave all of the information and registration here. However the k-8 grade races will be pushed to the afternoon/evening of Friday September 2nd. The varsity races will still be on the morning of Saturday September 3.
