Dear Coaches:
We would like to invite you to enter the Louisiana Junior High XC State Championship in Pineville, Louisiana. This is a true cross country course. Please email me at rapidesjuniorrunners@yahoo.com or call me at 318-201-0035 / 318-419-8177 if you have any questions.
Please email male rosters and female rosters to rapidesjuniorrunners@yahoo.com by Wednesday, November 10. We will not add participants to teams after this time. 5 team members will be needed to be considered a team and to score as a team. Price is $40 per male team and $40 per female team.
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION for teams or individuals
Unattached individuals may run for $10.
You can send payment by check to RJR, PO. Box 4814, Pineville, LA 71360 or you can bring check or cash the morning of the race. Please make check payable to RJR Event Management and Timing.
Coaches will pick up team packets containing bib numbers the morning of the race at tent area. Individual unattached runners will pick up his/her bib at the tent area the morning of the race. Bibs will have a chip attached under a foam spacer. Please inform your team participants to leave this in place.
Girls will run at 8:30 and boys will run at 9:00.
Chip timing will be provided by RJR Event Management and Timing using the Ultra RFID system.
Top 20 girl finishers and top 20 boy finishers will receive a finisher tshirt. Top 3 individual males and females will receive an award. Top 3 male and female teams will receive team award.
Park location is Ward 9 Sportsplex, 3311 Donahue Ferry Road, Pineville, LA 71360.
Gate fee for car entrance into the park will be $5.00
