Cross Country Meet
Cross Country Coach,
Sterlington Middle School would like to invite you to participate in our annual Cross Country Meet. It will be held on October 2, 2021 at the Sterlington Sports Complex (SSC).
*Admission will be $70.00 per school or $5.00 per individual.
* Coaches will go to lamilesplit.com and add your team by the deadline, Wednesday, 11:00 p.m., September 29, 2021.
*$5 per adult. $3 per student 1st grade and up.
*Coaches only on the course and around the finish line.
*Medals will be given to the top 10 runners of each race.
*Packet pick up will be available starting at 7:00 a.m. A table will be set up for coaches to pick up their packets.
*Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate.

Registration packet pickup will start at 7:30 a.m.
Start race time is 8:30 - it will be a rolling start from 8:30.
K-2nd grade girls - 8:30 - mile
K-2nd grade boys - 8:45 - mile
3rd-4th grade girls - 1 mile
3rd-4th grade boys - 1 mile
5th-6th grade girls - 1 mile
5th-6th grade boys - 1 mile
7th-8th grade girls - 1 mile
7th-8th grade boys - 1 mile
