Meet Information
Dear Coach,
The Ruston High XC Invitational will be changing venues for this year due to course complications. The 2019 Ruston Invitational will now be held at Lincoln Parish Park. The address is 211 Parish Park Rd., Ruston, LA 71270. Packet pickup and late registration will be from 7am-7:45am. The course will be a 3 mile course. This course is different than other courses held at the park. The course will feature 3 different loops. Maps will be forthcoming. Coaches may run as many runners as they wish. However, only the top five runners on each team will score, and runners six and seven will count as displacers. All of a teams other runners will be excluded from team scoring. Trophies will be awarded to the top 2 teams in each race.
High School entries will be entered online at www.directathletics.com
The cut-off date for entries will be Wednesday, October 9th.
Top 20 T-shirts will be given to runners in each race.
The parking fee for spectators will be $5 per car.
RaceTime/Team Cost
High School Girls 3 mile8:00am/$50 per girls team.
High School Boys 3 mile8:45am/$50 per boys team.
Schools with less than 5 runners per gender will pay $5 for each individual runner entered.
