Meet Information
Dear Cross Country Coach,
St. Thomas Aquinas High School and Trafton Academy would like to invite you to their 21th Annual S & S Sports Cross Country Invitational on Thursday, September 6, 2012 AND September 7, 2012. This year's meet will once again be held at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Hammond.
Awards will be given to the top (2) teams in the Varsity high school division. All other divisions will receive a team champion award. The top (15) finishers in the varsity division will receive awards. In all other races the top (15) will receive awards. Individual awards will be given to the athletes at the end of the chute for the Sub-Elementary, Elementary and Middle School races. The individual awards for the Varsity, Junior Varsity and Junior High divisions will be given out at the awards ceremony.
There will be no limit on the amount of runners entered in each race, the top (5) will be scored. This year we will be using the Hy-tek computerized scoring system, so, each team must submit a list of all possible competitors by Monday, September 3, 2012. All school entries must be sent via e-mail to: miguelbecerra@bellsouth.net . No race day registration will be allowed!!!!! Entries will not be accepted by fax, phone or stamped mail!!!!! Please type the entries in the body of the e-mail. Please send separate rosters for each gender entries. No attachments please, and send the following information:

There is a $50.00 charge per school (boys and girls), $25.00 for one or the other to help defray the cost of the awards.
