RUSTON, La. --- Louisiana Monroe sophomore Maya Aden and Amanda Bartlett won their respective races tonight at The Mook Five cross country meet hosted by Louisiana Tech in Ruston.
Aden, the defending Southland Conference men\'s champion, won the five-mile race in 26:22.09.
Bartlett won the five-kilometer women\'s race in 20:18.06. Teammate Amy Harris finished third with a time of 21:10.41.
The Lady Indians finished second with 33 points, while the Indians finished third with 72 points.
