The 250 girls you find in these rankings have been living in the fast lane during middle school action this year. Led by Community School for Apprenticeship Learning's Kenli Addison, who has a season best of 12.46 at the EBR North South District Championship, these names will be ones to watch as they move on to high school. 

Addison had stiff competition at the EBR North South District Championship earlier this month and it came from Ja'Niyah Lewis, who ran her season best time of 12.79. Lewis is ranked No. 3 in Louisiana.

Sandwiched between Addison and Lewis is the fastest sprinter in North Louisiana--Benton's Hayla Demery, who had a season best of 12.66 at the 2025 NDMS Relays in February. Demery is ranked No. 2 in Louisiana. 

At No. 4 in the rankings is another North Louisiana product--Fair Park's Zy'Kereya Duncan, who posted her best time of 12.94 at the Caddo Parish League 1 Championship in March.
