It's the last week of July, and, once again, the Jesuit Blue Jays have taken over Flagstaff, Arizona for their annual preseason camp. The Blue Jays arrived last Wednesday and will head back to New Orleans on Wednesday, August 5th.
This year, the group is a bigger than in years past as Jesuit head coach Nick Accardo is hopeful is hopeful that the trip helps the 2026 Jesuit Blue Jays, but also the 2027 squad.
In part one, MileSplit Louisiana's Jerry Byrd and Coach Accardo start off talking about Connor Fanberg's 4:04.90 from last May's LHSAA State Outdoor Championships. Then, the conversation turns to the Flagstaff and the 2026 Blue Jays...starting with two of the their top returners--David Quintana and Nicholas Braud.
