Edna Karr's Jayden Hunter! MileSplit LA POTW!

We are about a week late on this, but better late than never. We have to give it for Edna Karr hurdler Jayden Hunter, who was last week's MileSplit LA Boys' Performer Of The Week. Hunter will now move on to the ballot and compete for MileSplit LA 2025 Boys' Outdoor Athlete Of The Year at the end of the year.

Hunter received 1,840 votes and beat out Jesuit's Brady Monahan, who was the runner-up.

The senior made the poll by winning both hurdle events at the Bobby Nuss Invitational. He won the 110m hurdles with a personal record time of 14.99. He returned later in the meet to run a season best of 39.73 in the 300m hurdles.

In the 300m hurdles, Hunter has won five out of six races in which he has competed this year.

A big thank you to everyone who voted in the poll.
