LCP's BELLA CASCIO IS THE NO.2 MOST IMPROVED 3200m RUNNER IN LOUISIANA. 

Iowa's  Kadence Foreman's time in the 3200m has improved over two minutes since last year. Foreman's best time this year is 15:46. 

"Kadence works hard and continues to make good progress," Iowa head coach Josh Underwood said. "She has had some setbacks over the last two years but is now on a great path and I believe she will continue to get better."

Right behind Foreman is Loyola's Bella Cascio, who has cut her 3200m time down by 1:51 since last year. So far, Cascio has season best of 13:43. Don't be surprised if she continues to improve over the last month of the season. 

One person who will not be surprised if that happens is her coach--Sherrod Lewis.
